Mount Sinai was the meeting place long ago where God introduced the Law to Moses and the Israelites. Mount Zion is the future meeting place of God where He will dwell eternally with all of His children. But right now, this very minute, He is dwelling in the heart of every believer with all the power that He demonstrated on that day long ago.
